- How do I choose between flake and powder?
- Choose instant flake when preparation speed and fast cold-water dispersion matter. Choose powder when a standard dry blend and cost control are the priority.
- Can KARN adjust viscosity or raw material route?
- Yes. Share your target viscosity, print process, substrate and preferred raw material. The technical team can recommend the closest standard grade for your printing process.
- What information should I include when requesting a sample?
- The most useful details are printing process, current recipe, target viscosity, product form, annual volume and any recurring production issue.
- What is the standard packing?
- Our standard industrial packing is 20 kg per bag. Confirm pallet configuration, lab quantities and export labeling with the sales team.
